The founders saw a potential market for an easy to use, affordable and fun visual effects product, which would appeal to the growing number of internet fan-film producers. Initially called CSB-Digital, the company marketed AlamDV, a software pluggin originally created by Josh to help a family member with the special effects required for his film degree projects.
